Mr. Attaf holds bilateral talks with his Kuwaiti counterpart

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held Monday, in Jeddah, bilateral talks with the Foreign Minister of the sister State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, on the sidelines of his participation in the extraordinary session of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the various aspects of the special relationship between Algeria and Kuwait and the prospects for enhancing it, and promote it to higher levels, so as to meet the ambitious objectives set by the leaders of the two sister countries.

The two ministers tackled the latest developments in the Middle East, especially the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing aggression and the blockade imposed by the Israeli occupation.
